I loved the convenience (just a street away from Queen Street/everything central), the room I was given had a nice view, I was able to adjust the room temperature every time, the bed was comfortable, the facilities were great, the convertible bathroom and shower by just one door was unique, I enjoyed the free access to the gym and breakfast buffet, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I also loved how they emphasised water conservation regarding towel usage.

Wonderful breakfast and liked the dining room, plenty of tables. Didn’t feel like “express” hotels. Great location to explore the downtown area by foot.

The room was very spacious and our bed was surprisingly heaps bigger than what I expected. The hotel is located to everything we need and really close to shops.

We've enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is about 10 mins walk from the Princes Wharf, along Queen Street, however the entrance is located on a slope. You then have to take two sets of elevators to get to reception. Staff at reception are helpful and courteous. However they are harder to reach over the phone. We have three rooms in total, only two rooms were ready by 3pm. It could be a busy day for them as there were many cruise passengers checking in that day. Rooms are spacious and clean. Plenty of power outlets to charge devices. Couldn't hear any noise from the streets nor from the corridor. Only downside is that the bathroom window is made of frosted glass and it's still fairly see through in the shower! Breakfast spread is simple and the dining area is a nice space to spend time in if you don't want to be in the room. Queen Street is only a minute walk away. Many good restaurants and shops nearby.

Breakfast was fantastic! Beautiful views from the breakfast hall. Friendly staff. Good water pressure in the shower. The location was excellent. You could walk to almost any place in town. It felt very safe. The bed was comfortable.

Location is superb- walk to Britomart train/Commercial Bay in 5 mins or Sky tower in 2 mins. There is a short walk uphill on the way back. I walked to Spark arena for a concert. Room is spotlessly clean and tidy. It is a newer hotel and it feels it. I loved the buffet breakfast (hot food and cereal). They have gluten free breakfast options.

Clean and great location within walking distance of the Auckland waterfront/shops/hop on hop off bus. So nice to have the buffet breakfast in the morning with lots of variety including scrambled eggs, bacon (although the bacon was barely cooked), sausages, yogurt, fruit, cereal, and even pancakes.
